Brainstorming Exercise.

Exercise in showing how someone is a "nasty" person. In this case a doctor arriving at the hospital. We see he is "bad" because he is late and his little boy patient is already waiting in his surgery but he still goes off to get a coffee and a doughnut before going to see him. He does not say "good morning". He reproaches the receptionist who says "good morning" to him with "Good morning, DOCTOR". He does not talk to a cleaning lady and walks straight over the wet floor she is cleaning.
