Course introduction and slow looking

Diagnostic visual-analysis exercise using slow looking: description, interpretation and evidence.


ASSESSMENT

 

·     Attendance and participation in class discussions demonstrating critical engagement with and understanding of the assigned readings (20%); 

·       First Written Test (40%); 

·       Second Written Test OR Research Project to be presented and discussed in class (40%).

 

Note: Students with more than three unexplained absences may not choose the Research Project in place of the Final Test and must sit the Final Test.
