On the basis of their rationale (in the essay introduction on plagiarism), students began the work of developing three body paragraphs, with a particular focus on the topic sentences. The body paragraphs will be handed in on Tuesday for correction and feedback.

Students listened to an 8 minute lecture on rich/poor countries and took notes. On the basis of their notes they completed a worksheet (on Moodle). Students were asked to write a 200 word summary of the lecture to hand in on Tuesday.
