Analysis and interpretation of some ekphrastic poems: Anne Sexton "The Starry Night" (in relation to V. Van Gogh's homonymous poem); W. H. Auden's "Musée des Beaux Arts" (in relation to Brueghel’s "Icarus' Fall".

Difference between ekphrastic poems and descriptive / visually suggestive poems (as in D. H. Lawrence's poems "Bare Almond Trees" and "Bat").
