Letters 2, 3 and 4 were read aloud by students in groups 2, 3, and 4 respectively; cultural references and unknown vocabulary, including phrasal and prepositional verbs, were discussed; groups 2, 3, and 4 reported on the advice they would give.

HOMEWORK: The answers to the exercises about conditional clauses will be checked after Carnival.
