Textual Analysis

Analysis of two passages about the Press and its leeway. One, The Unloveable Press, about how some people feel it is necessary to allow newspapers to publish "scandal" stories about celebrities and politicians in order to make money so they can publish more serious news (public interest vs what the public is interested in), and an article from last Sunday's Mail on Sunday about how a rich gentleman is preventing his name being published in relation to possible charges of fraud through a "superinjunction" that probably cost him £80,000 in legal fees (buying of the right to privacy). Issues to be considered in the forthcoming tests.
