Superinjunctions

Although there is no right to privacy in English law, EU law has allowed the introduction of injunctions against the press and "superinjunctions" stopping the press reporting that someone has an injunction. The texts deals with abuse of this mechanism. Also analysis of the case of Sir Philip Green trying toprotect himself from allegations of sexual misconduct.
