Analysis of two issues around which the forthcoming comprehension test may be based. These are the question of invasion of privacy by the media in the case of a celebrity being accused of sexual misconduct (but not charged with anything by the police) when the case was reported by the BBC, and the issue of the retention of data by Internet-based search engine Google long after police records into a crime have been deleted from public access files.
