Writing for film and writing for TV

Discussed students' freedback from the recorded classes on Narrative and Epistemic Injustice.

Introdiuction to the concept that while TV and film are seen as very similar formats, the writing for TV series is different to writing for film. 
Discussion of the changes that started to take place in the formats of TV series beginning with  Mad Men  and The Sopranos 
Introduction to the concepts of "sub-text" of the lead character, single lead and return series.
Students will reflect on these concepts in light of the TV series being examined this semester, i.e. Peaky Blinders and Normal People.
