JUNE EXAM
The following instructions are for students who enroll to sit the exam in June.

TEST STRUCTURE

The test will consist of TWO critical essay questions, of which students choose ONE and write an essay of approximately 400-450 words. The essay will be based on the script and staged version of the play "Every Brilliant Thing" by Duncan Macmillan.

CRITERIA
Students will need to show knowledge of having read and seen both versions of the play. The essay will take the form of a critical essay and particular attention will be given to the degree of criticality, fluency, accuracy and the ability to objectively relate the question to the play

PROCEDURE
Students who enrol for the exam need to contact me by email (daniel.silva@campus.ul.pt)   AT LEAST 48 hours prior to the exam The exam is scheduled for   4 June at 2 p.m. Students who inform me in advance by email of their enrolment will receive the test on the above date and time and will have TWO hours to complete the exercise before returning it to me by email. Students who do not have access to the material used in our classes may contact me and I will send the respective texts and links . Anyone who requires further clarification may also contact me by email.

PLAGIARISM
Please note that students who refer to the work of other authors must include references of their sources. Any writing that has been paraphrased and is identified as the work of someone else will be cancelled if it is not duly referenced.
