Intitial discussion of negotiated syllabi and how the course could work.
Evaluation:  20 points: Oral presentation, 20 points: Written test, 20 points: Final project, 20 points:  overall Linguistic competence.  The total of these divided by 4 yields the final mark out of 20.
Writing task for diagnostic purposes.
