HW: When reading Ch3 (for a dialogue writing exercise on Monday) take a note on the margin as to who is speaking/scene pertains to:

A: Mond, DHC, students

B: Henry Foster, Assistant predestinator

C: Lenina and Fanny Crowne

You need to be aware of each scene separately, understand the personality of each character, and what they are discussing.

Next class, students will form/join groups, organized into scenes A, B or C.

Each group will then prepare a dialogue for their assigned scene, which will be enacted in class.

Dialogues should parody the scene, i.e. enact the scene (which means understanding it), but with an added humouristic / critical distance.
