The students have revised the simple past tense by making use of
speaking and listening skills. They did several grammar exercises on this
subject. We have made a brief introduction to the Unit 1 with the theme of
food. The students have worked on the relevant vocabulary regarding the subject.

The students have revised the simple past tense through various
grammar exercises such as completing a cloze text with the appropriate
conjugations of the verbs. The students have talked about what they did
yesterday.

The students have completed some grammar exercises by using
"ile" as suffix and conjunction. The students listened to an audio
about several news and answered the questions about the audio. The students
have read a text on inventors and answered the questions about the text. 2C
unit of the A2 İstanbul was covered completely.

We've read a piece of news in 2C section of the Unit 2 in the İstanbul A2 workbook. We've done the vocabulary exercise regarding the unknown words used in text. We've answered several questions about the text by making use of speaking skills.

We've read a dialogue entitled "Dün Neler Yaptın?" [What Did You Do?]. We've practiced to use the simple past tense conjugations by answering the questions about the text. We've studied on the simple past tense conjugation of the nominal sentences along with their question and negative versions. We've worked on five conjuctions such as "çünkü", "bu sebeple", "bu nedenle", "bu yüzden", and "bunun için" establishing cause and effect relation between the sentences. We've listened to the text entitled "Hafta Sonu" [Weekend] and answered to the related questions about it.
