Revision exam

The students have taken a revision exam including all the grammar topics that have been covered during the fall semester. The topics are as follows: nominal sentences, the dative case suffix, "var and "yok", vocabulary on feelings and describing the familiar environment. All the questions have been answered one by one.

Thematic session: Turkish coffee

The students have been introduced to a traditional drink, Turkish coffee. Several cards with the relevant photos of necessary vocabulary for Turkish coffee were distributed to the students and they practiced speaking by forming simple nominal and interrogative sentences.

The students have described the photos showing several rooms of home and practiced vocabulary along with the key grammar topics which have been covered so far.

Revision of nominal and interrogative sentences

The students have practiced using var, yok, değil and the locative case suffix with a number of grammar exercises by using their listening, speaking and writing skills.

Places and revision of the locative case suffix (-de/-da)

The students were introduced to numerous places to practice using the locative case suffix ("-de" and "-da") in several ways such as affirmative sentences, interrrogative sentences and negations.
