A historiografia do período Goryeo: a valorização da memória dos Três Reinos como tempo fundador da identidade coreana (sécs. XII-XIII). A vivência do Budismo no período Goryeo: Uichon (1055 - 1101) e o budismo chontae como via de compromisso entre as correntes textuais e meditativa.
