A partir de um guião que conduzia a reflexão, os alunos foram levados a rever as suas definições de conhecimento da língua. Exploraram-se factos que permitem chegar aos seguintes conceitos: (i) conhecimento implícito vs. conhecimento explícito; (ii) gramática (gramática mental dos falantes; gramática descritiva, distinguindo-a de gramática prescritiva); (iii) variação linguística.
