Biological foundations of language – concluding remarks. Language and the brain - Specific Language Impairment (SLI); dichotic listening; technological advances in brain research. 

Characterizing speakers’ linguistic knowledge. Speech sounds and their written representation. Introducing the International Phonetic Alphabet.

For the first assessment, on the 10th of November 2021, 11:00-12:3, the class will be split up in two groups. The rooms where the 1st written assessment will take place are C232 (regular classes' room), for students with proper name starting in A-J, and C135.A, for all other students.
