Approach of Thomas Paine's Rights of Man.

The definition of "rights" - their origin and legitimacy; the distinction between natural rights and civil rights.
The building of society: the compact and the consequent writing of the Constitution.
Analysis of Paine's notions on the constitution based on the American and French examples.
The highlighting of the French revolutionary motto "liberty, equality and fraternity" as the pillar of democracy.
