Telling a story in class continued: group storytelling based on a sequence of pictures. Revisions for the test: (a) grammar practice (interrogatives; present simple, past simple; present continuous; present perfect); (b) going over the rules for writing formal and informal emails; (c) main characters, plots, and themes in the three short stories discussed in class ("Carapace", "The strap box flyer", and "The mystery of the stolen FA Cup Medal"). REMINDER: The second test will be held on Wednesday, 30th November.
