Discussion Texts 20-25 (see below) based on the following questions:

READING MATTERS Texts 20 to 25 were grouped in threes under (A) and (B).

For each of these groups consider the following questions:

1.     Identify two themes common to the three texts.

2.     Suggest the two most obvious differences between the three texts.

3.     Find a quotation which you think best illustrates the major thesis of each piece or addresses a relevant aspect. Justify your choices.

4.     What questions/issues/problems do you want the class to explore about these texts? Think of at least one question for Texts in (A) or (B) that you would like to ask the class. Be prepared with your own brief answers to your questions.
