Explaining of and analysis of how European Law has introduced a "right to privacy" into English law, meaning that anyone can allege that their privacy is at stake, permitting a judge to prohibit a newspaper or any other form of media publication from revealing details of the issues requested to be injuncted: furthermore, a "superinjunction" would allow the name of the person seeking such a ban to remain "anonymised".
