Students had to prepare a 300-text on one of the topics of their choice) on the list.
In groups of 4-5 they discussed their texts and produced a final text that included the main points on students' individual lists. This text was then presented to the class for general discussion.
We looked at the pre-reading questions on the texts related to Colm Tóibín's
Bad Blood and students will read these texts (pp 10-14) for the next class.
Students also began to select their set novel and oral presentation dates.
