Warm-up: more common errors in English

Students collaborated on compiling a strong list of expressions for signalling the various aspects of sequence before working in pairs to create a sequenced summary of the events in Little Red Riding Hood. Then the pairs worked on sequencing the story told – entirely through illustrations – by Zen Pencils of a quote by CS Lewis (author of the Narnia series).

For homework students wrote the story told in their sequenced illustrations, and completed a task sheet on idioms and expressions about babies and children.
