Warm-up: more common errors in English

After an introduction to Shel Silverstein through his poem “Deaf Donald”, we read his children’s book The Missing Piece Meets the Big O and students collaborated in pairs to write a short piece summarising, analysing and reviewing it.

For homework students finished reading a list of children’s books about animals. (They’d had the list since the second week of the semester.)
