Narrative Writing

Today, TP6 learned about narrative writing and the different viewpoints.  Students who missed today's class should go through the Narrative Writing PowerPoint available on the shared Google drive.


Please note: for both the homework and the written exam, students must choose from the 2nd or 3rd viewpoint - the 1st viewpoint has been reserved for the oral exam.

Next  class: we will begin reading Margaret Atwood's 'True Trash'.

Descriptive Writing Continued...

Today, TP6 continued to look at Descriptive Writing.  Students who missed today's class can read through slides 8-10 and ask themselves what the mood/feeling of each text is and how this achieved through sensorial writing.  We learned a great deal of vocabulary from these texts.   Students who missed this class should ensure that they familiarize themselves with the vocabulary in these slides.


Next class: we will finish looking at Descriptive Writing and move on to Narrative Writing.
