A variety of topics relevant to the course were presented by six students as their final projects. With the facilitation of the lecturer, the students engaged in productive discussions on the democratization of art in contemporary society, the visual relationship we maintain with video games and the representation of the feminine within them, as well as the history of the USSR through the re-signification of its symbols.

Despite the change of time and location, few students showed up and willingly engage in conversation with their peers in a very adult and informed manner. More precisely, some students presented on their own chosen topic and peers engaged in vibrant visual and social conversation, with a particular focus on the role of advertisement in today's world.

The remaining time of the lecture was dedicated by the teacher to a brief overview of the narrative and visual trope of the "Damsel in Distress", from Greek mythology to current videogames (with a specific focus on Super Mario and Zelda). The relative power point is available for students in the elearning section.
