Pre-teaching of vocabulary and expressions, followed by
students reading the story aloud. Group discussion about the story, then
students prioritised features of “the perfect murder” in pairs.
Homework: 1) Write a creative piece based on “Lamb to the
Slaughter”. 2) Explore, learn and practice vocabulary relating to speaking and
the six senses (vocabulary book units 45 and 46).
