Today, two brand new students and I went through the course book and the expectations and requirements for the completion of the course. We also went through the Google shared drive so that our new colleagues know where to find everything they need.

Reading and discussion of the short story "The Last Cottage". We looked at some of the specifics of the story such as the first-person plural narrator and themes such as class differences and the disturbing fact of how far "we" are willing to go when we're part of a group that approves.
