Today we discussed the basics of editorial writing and read/analyzed John Harris's 

Luxury at the top, privation at the bottom: Britain is becoming feudal in its disparities


We also identified the persuasive writing techniques used in the text.

Stutterer

Screening and discussion of the short film Stutterer. Discussion focused on some of the themes in the film such as communication and isolation, or how people deal with their fears and insecurities. In addition to a discussion on speech impediments we discussed online relationships and other particularities in the film.
