Today, we went through the Persuasive Writing Techniques PowerPoint.
Students who missed today's class should access the PowerPoint on the shared Google drive and learn about/review the 20 persuasive writing techniques that we will be identifying when analyzing editorials from the course book. Students will also be expected to use persuasive writing techniques in their own editorials.
Next class: we will be reading and analyzing an editorial from the course book. Students must bring their course books to class! (Or their laptops/tablets.)
