How to write an essay - in-text quotations/citations and bibliography

16 Abril 2018, 14:00 Hilda Alexandra Prazeres Eusebio

The teacher TOTALLY recommended that the students book a session with the WILL Lab - an amazing English-language writing centre here at FLUL that will assist students at each stage of the essay writing process, from the initial planning stages to the final polishing stages.  Any student to NOT take advantage of this free service would be, the teacher's sincere opinion, mad.The teacher then went on to demonstrate how to insert citations into an academic essay in order to strengthen one's arguments with evidence.

Here is a website that will tell students all they need to know about citations and bibliographies:

Next class: there will be an class discussion of the novel Salmon Fishing in the Yemen.
