We did a vocabulary review. These included ways of moving (more slowly, more quickly, moving with confidence or attitude, quietly or secretively, with difficulty, or like an animal). We then looked at idioms from Shakespeare, including noun and verb phrases along with some other expressions. Finally, we looked at binomials (noun phrases, adjectival or adverbial phrases and phrases with repetition). These were all accompanied by several practical exercises.

We continued with the student presentations on the following topics: It's still a mystery: Zodiac Killings; Urban legends: Bloody Mary, La Llorona, La Patasola; Conspiracy theory: Diddy do it or Diddy not? There was a brief Q&A after each presentation so that we could debate the topics a bit further.

We continued with the student presentations on the following topics: the Ghibli museum; The Best Director: David Lynch; The Winchester Mystery Manor and Superstitions around the world. There was a brief Q&A after each presentation so that we could debate the topics a bit further.
