Telling stories - practice

Students got into groups of three or four people and practiced telling their first stories!

The themes from which they chose were:
  • Being Broke
  • The Party to End All Parties
  • That Embarassing Relative
Then they did another round...but I don't remember the topics!

Next class: students will start reading and analyzing second person short stories.

Today we watched and analyzed another story from The Moth:

Students who missed today's class should watch this video at home as soon as possible.

Following this, students got into groups of three or four people and practiced telling their first stories!

The themes from which they chose were:
  • Being Broke
  • The Party to End All Parties
  • That Embarassing Relative
Next class: students will read and analyze second voice texts.
