The Moth - First Person Storytelling

Today we watched and analyzed two storytelling performances from The Moth.  Students who missed today's lesson should watch these at home as soon as possible.


Next class: We will watch and analyze one more video and then students will be placed into groups of 3 to 4 people and practice telling their first story.

- Writing skills: An opinion-led essay (pp. 26-33)

Homework: write a opinion-led essay (ca. 200-300 words) on one of the topics from ex. 14 p. 26 or the following: "Traditional education system is in need of a radical overhaul"

Introduction to Narrative Writing

Today we went through the Introduction to Narrative Writing PowerPoint and looked at the basic rules regarding first, second and third voice narratives.


Students who missed today's lesson should go through the PowerPoint which is located in the shared Google drive.
