Speaking about the painting "Modern Times" by Native American artist Jaune Quick-to-See Smith which addresses the difficulty of living in two worlds and not feeling comfortable in either. 

Watching an interview with American Indian author Sherman Alexie; discussing Alexie's views on being a Native American and growing up on a reservation and adapting to mainstream American lifestyle.

HOMEWORK: Fill in the blanks of the passage about Sherman Alexie's interview on page 27.
