Looked at some "problematic" words used in normative texts, i.e. codes of law, contracts, constitutions, wills, etc. Looked at several examples, through translation, where these words should be avoided because they are ambiguous or confusing and other cases where they can/should be translated. Students translated several sentences/phrases from different types of legal texts.
