Persuasive Writing

Students today learned the basics about persuasive writing - about what it's used for and when.  The 'how' consisted of the 20 persuasive writing techniques which we looked at in class.

Students then went on to listen to Winston Churchill's We Will Fight on the Beaches and got into groups to analyze the texto and identify the techniques within it.

Students who missed the class should listen to the recording at home and identify as many techniques as they can:
