“Next to Nothing” was the story that was read and discussed. We analyzed the two main characters and how they are portrayed. We also looked at the function of the subtitles, the themes of hope and religion, the bedtime story, private languages (drawing on other examples), among others. Students had the opportunity to write their own version of the bedtime story using only the same characters.
